I know what it feels like to look in the mirror and want to love what you see. When I was young, I thought that by controlling what I ate everything would be okay but when eating too little or bingeing, nothing seemed okay anymore. This way of life wasn’t working for me, so something needed to change.
By finding kindness through the tips and tricks I share on A Kind Spoon, over time I started to reclaim things in my life that made me happy. It was because it wasn’t a problem with food but more of an issue within myself. So for those who are struggling like I was – or you know someone who is – don’t give up.
