  • 1 1/2 avocados
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 3/4 cup packed fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/2 cup onions chopped
  • 1 garlic clove minced or pressed
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • In a blender, add avocado, olive oil, water, basil, parsley, onions, garlic, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and salt. Blend until creamy.

    I get so bored with salads, so thanks for this new recipe Em! It’s creamy and filling. I went with your recommendation and added black beans to my salad bowl. My roomie even loved this dressing too.
