- 1 1/2 avocados
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup water
- 3/4 cup packed fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
- 1/2 cup onions chopped
- 1 garlic clove minced or pressed
- 1 lemon juiced
- 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- In a blender, add avocado, olive oil, water, basil, parsley, onions, garlic, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and salt. Blend until creamy.
