Preheat the oven to 375 F / 190 C.
In a mixing bowl, toss all the ingredients until the sweet potatoes are well coated.
Evenly spread the sweet potatoes in a single layer on a parchment lined tray. Cook in the oven for 35 minutes or until tender.
