So how do you keep food in your home that you won’t eat all at once? Or enjoy a dessert where you don’t feel guilty?

This can be oh so tricky – especially for me even to this day. You may have forbidden or feared foods that when kept in your home only leads to more overeating. So desserts can sometimes be difficult to keep in your home.

In this recipe post, you’ll learn how to make a delicious vegan ice cream recipe that you actually enjoy. One that you can eat anytime in any amount you desire.

Is this Vegan Ice Cream recipe good for you

With most vegan ice cream recipes, you’ll find one thing in common A LOT of added sugar. Now you may ask yourself – are these vegan ice cream recipes really that healthy?

That’s something that I found looking at recipe after recipe. Sugar, sugar, and more sugar. Not to mention chocolate chips or peanut butter which I typically couldn’t keep in my home. Because I would devour it all.

Vegan Ice Cream Recipe

Our healthy vegan ice cream recipe is absolutely brilliant! It only includes 4 ingredients that are all easy to keep on hand. Frozen berries, frozen bananas, fresh lemon, and cinnamon. That’s really it – plus a little salt if you want to enhance the flavors.

It comes together in minutes and can be made in any serving size you desire! You can make bigger portions for your family. Or as I loved when I was living alone, a single serving.

You deserve to eat something you enjoy. And like with all my recipes you won’t be adding a ton of sugar. Because sugar really isn’t so great for our waistlines and mental state.
