There are so many store bought juices out there packed with sugar and preservatives. Not to mention that store bought juices aren’t cheap. Let’s start off learning how to make juice with this naturally sweetened green juice. You can count all five ingredients on one hand!

The majority of the juice will come from oranges and a cucumber. Both of these ingredients are great to use in juices as they provide a lot of liquid and are reasonably priced. The freshly squeezed orange and lime juice are what make this juice recipe stand out.

TIPS ON HOW TO MAKE JUICE

First things first you don’t need a fancy juicer to make wholesome delicious juice recipes. All you need is a blender, strainer or thin towel, and spatula.

Next, cucumbers are brilliant to add to juices as they are packed with water. Apples, lemons, and limes add a bit of sweetness which help contrast bitter vegetables. The little bit of sweetness helps enhance the overall flavor of our juices and creates something we enjoy drinking.

Finally, adding fresh ginger gives our juice a little kick and warmth. Ginger helps improve digestion and relieve pain.

Next, freshly squeeze your oranges and lime. Set aside.

Then, peel the ginger by holding the ginger in one hand and using the metal spoon scrape along the root to peel off the skin.
