And my goodness friends, it is possible to enjoy chocolate and peanut butter without eating all of it.
MIND BLOWING OATMEAL TIP
Bananas are a secret ingredient to sweetening up your bowl of oatmeal. No need to add in a bunch of artificial sugar. You just want to make sure that your banana is ripe, so those brown spots on your banana are actually a good thing. The more ripe the banana the sweeter your dish will be.
HOW TO MAKE
Preheat the oven to 350 F / 176 C. Use a 9×13 baking pan. If using a metal baking pan, lightly grease the pan or you use parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the bananas, peanut butter, honey, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
Then, add in the oats, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir until combined. Transfer to the baking pan and spread out the oat mixture. Top the oatmeal with chocolate chips.
Bake in the oven for 30 – 35 minutes. Let cool before cutting.
Then, slice this baked oatmeal with bananas and enjoy a tasty square. Let me know your favorite oatmeal topping in the comments below.
