  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 2 bananas (about 1 cup)
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Add all of your ingredients to a blender and slowly blend.
  • Transfer to a bowl and add toppings such as homemade granola, sliced fresh fruit, or nut butters.
NOTES

Notes

For some blenders, you’ll need to add more liquid as listed as the smoothie may be too thick for your blender to process. Add a little liquid at a time until you achieve the desired consistency.
