1/4cupcoconut oil
1/4cupcocoa powder
1/2cuppeanut butter(I used natural peanut butter but any peanut or nut butter works well)
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/3cuphoney or maple syrup

Heat a small pan over medium heat and melt the coconut oil. Add in the cocoa /cacao powder, peanut butter, vanilla, and salt. Give it a stir until combined.
Remove the mixture from the heat. Add in the honey and stir until combined.
Transfer the chocolate peanut butter fudge to a silicone mold. If you don’t have a silicone mold, you can use a mini muffin tray with muffin liners. I have also used a silicone ice tray before too.
Place in the freezer for a few hours. Store in the freezer and enjoy!
