INGREDIENTS

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (I used natural peanut butter but any peanut or nut butter works well)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
INSTRUCTIONS

Instructions

  • Heat a small pan over medium heat and melt the coconut oil. Add in the cocoa /cacao powder, peanut butter, vanilla, and salt. Give it a stir until combined.
  • Remove the mixture from the heat. Add in the honey and stir until combined.
  • Transfer the chocolate peanut butter fudge to a silicone mold. If you don’t have a silicone mold, you can use a mini muffin tray with muffin liners. I have also used a silicone ice tray before too.
  • Place in the freezer for a few hours. Store in the freezer and enjoy!
NOTES

Notes

I like to sprinkle a little salt on top to enhance the flavors.
