  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup onion diced
  • 1 clove garlic pressed or minced
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Pinch of salt

  • Place all ingredients in a bowl or bottle. Give it a stir.
  • Pour on top a bed of salad greens, veggies, and sun-dried tomatoes. Top with fresh basil.

Notes

When using this recipe for balsamic salad dressing, I like to place chopped herbs on top of my salad. Fresh basil or coriander taste delicious.
