This dairy free avocado dressing uses fresh herbs, olive oil, lemon, and vinegar. And the freshness level is through the roof! Just add it all to a blender and pour in a jar. Tastes delicious on salads, sweet potatoes, and even with black beans.

  • 1 1/2 avocados
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 3/4 cup packed fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/2 cup onions chopped
  • 1 garlic clove minced or pressed
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • In a blender, add avocado, olive oil, water, basil, parsley, onions, garlic, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and salt. Blend until creamy.
NOTES

Notes

Feel free to add more or less lemon juice and salt to this recipe for avocado dressing. Taste test and adjust to your preference.
You may want to add more water to achieve your desired consistency.
