cored and sliced (you can keep the skins on)

sliced

(or any plant based milk)

Place all smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until a smooth consistency.

Notes
You can use red or green apples. The green apples have a more tart flavor and taste phenomenal in this smoothie recipe too.
