  • 1 apple cored and sliced (you can keep the skins on)
  • 2 frozen bananas sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or any plant based milk)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Place all smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until a smooth consistency.
NOTES

Notes

You can use red or green apples. The green apples have a more tart flavor and taste phenomenal in this smoothie recipe too.
