Salad Dressing

  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Salad

  • 1-2 apple
  • Salad greens
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup walnuts (substitute with pumpkin seeds or almonds)
INSTRUCTIONS

Instructions

  • To make the salad dressing, add all of the ingredients to a bowl and give it a stir.
  • When ready to serve, thinly slice the apples. Add the salad greens, sliced apples, nuts, cranberries to a bowl. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and enjoy!

Notes

You can also toast the nuts to give the dish a roasted nutty flavor.
