1/2cup+ 2 tablespoon almond flour
3/4cuppeanut butter(I used natural peanut butter)
2tablespoonhoney or maple syrup
1/3cupchocolate chipsplus extra for adding to the outside of the balls
1/2teaspoonvanilla
1/4teaspoonsalt(optional)

Instructions
Add the almond flour, peanut butter, honey, chocolate chips, and vanilla to the food processor and pulse. The mixture should be combined but not overly processed.
Form balls with your hands. Place extra chocolate chips on the outside of the balls. This is for appearance only.
Place in the fridge for 15-30 minutes to enhance the flavors.

Notes
Don’t substitute the almond flour with all purpose flour as the consistency and flavor is quite different.
