Enjoy a soothing warm almond milk drink. It’s almost like a warm hug in a mug. This warm drink can be ready in minutes. Place the ingredients in a blender and warm it up on the stove.

  • 1 1/2 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 4 dates pitted
  • 1/4 cup cashews
  • 2 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender and pulse until well combined.
  • Transfer the almond milk mixture to a saucepan. Heat on medium heat for 5 minutes while stirring occasionally. You can also place the almond milk drink in the microwave.
  • Pour into a mug and enjoy.
NOTES

Notes

You can substitute the almond milk with any plant based milk. I didn’t try this with oat milk yet I’ve heard oat milk is great for making frothy beverages. Oat milk is what a lot of baristas enjoy using in vegan lattes.
