1/2cupcoconut sugar
1/2cupcoconut oilmelted
3/4cupwater

1cuprolled oatsgluten-free if desired

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 F / 176 C and line two baking trays with parchment paper.
In a bowl, add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Give it a stir. Set aside.
In a separate mixing bowl, add the coconut sugar, coconut oil, water, and vanilla. Stir with a spatula or whisk.
Add the bowl of wet ingredients to the mixing bowl of dry ingredients. Stir until well combined. Add in the oats and raisins. Give it a stir.
Make 1 tablespoon dough balls and shape into cookies. Set on the parchment lined tray.
Cook for 10-12 minutes in the oven. Then, let cool before eating.
