Some days you need breakfast to be as possible. Instead of reaching for store bought cereal you can learn how to make muesli in minutes. Muesli is an alternative to granola without the sugar and oil. It is tremendous because muesli doesn’t need to be baked.

INGREDIENTS

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup berries thawed if frozen
  • 1 cup rolled oat
  • 1 cup coconut milk (or sub with any plant based milk)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoon pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoon peanut butter
  • Honey or maple syrup (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS

Instructions

  • Mash berries in a bowl. Set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, add mashed berries, rolled oats, coconut milk, coconut yogurt, chia seeds, and pumpkin seeds. Let sit for 5 minutes until soft and creamy.
  • Top with peanut butter and drizzle of honey.
