Remove the skin from the beets and ginger. You can slice the beets into chunks.
Cut the cucumbers into long narrow pieces.
Peel away the lemon peel.
Add all to juicer.

Notes
You can pour the juice over a strainer to create an even smoother juice. This just enhances the drink for me!To make without a juicer, add all of the ingredients to a blender plus 1/4 cup water. You may need to add more water based on the juice consistency. Pour the juice over a strainer and use a spatula or your hands to get the remaining juice.
