The thought of eating snacks can feel hard for many of us. What should you eat? What’s actually in the fridge? Perhaps you can find yourself grazing over so many foods that you don’t even realize or enjoy what you’re eating.

Ahhh then you can feel guilty for not sticking to your plan. You find yourself saying you just need more willpower and motivation. So you don’t keep many snacks or food that you really enjoy in your home.

That’s where these simple oatmeal peanut butter balls are a brilliant addition. They are bite sized and you can take them on the go.

Peanut Butter Balls Oatmeal Ingredients

INGREDIENTS

Using wholesome ingredients can help empower you to feel good about the food you eat. With most energy balls, you’ll notice they are made with oats. Oats are reasonably priced and great for digestion.

The peanut butter is what helps hold the energy balls together. The honey or maple syrup gives the oatmeal peanut butter balls just the right amount of sweetness. The cocoa / cacao powder provides the delicious chocolatey flavor.
